This hardened plastic Diabetic Pet Tag is designed for those who have a beloved pet with Diabetes. This tag allows people to identify their medical condition if needed. This tag is 36mm x 26mm (slight deviations to these measurements may occur due each tag being individually handcrafted) with a 22mm split ring.

All RozArt ® Pet Tags have been designed and are made to the highest standards with the activeness of our precious companions being taken into account. The 22mm split rings are made from strengthened steel and the connecting jump ring is also made with steel to produce enough strength to uphold to the vigours of everyday activities (unlike many mass produced ID Tags which have the reputation of being lost quite easily at times).

Also at no additional cost, you may choose from three different engraving fonts to dedicate the back side of the tag to instructions or medications required. Just remember the more letters used, the smaller the font will need to be engraved.
