At RozArt ®, we are dedicated to providing you with a pleasurable and satisfying experience when you receive your purchase and when you use one of our services.

We have attempted to recreate the appearance of our jewellery as closely as possible on our website, but the detail and colour you see will depend on your computer monitor.

If any goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Trade Practices Act to provide a remedy. RozArt ® is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

A refund or exchange may be issued in the following situations:

  • The items purchased are faulty
  • "Wrongly described"
  • Different to a sample shown to you

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within the following guidelines:

You can return any merchandise you purchased from www.rozart.com.au with your receipt/packing slip and original packaging, within 14 days of receipt of purchase, for a refund or exchange as long as the merchandise is in "As New Condition".

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from RozArt ®, we will be more than happy to look into it. All returns are subject to several conditions:

  • The piece is to be in its original condition. Those showing signs of wear-and-tear, alterations or any form of damage will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
  • Pieces with engravings will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
  • We do not exchange or refund if you have simply 'changed your mind' on your choice of purchase.

  2. Address
  3. Order Number
  4. Details of item purchased
  5. Reasons why you would like an exchange or refund
  6. Screenshots/Scanned copies of receipts, certifications and/or any other related documents

We will then be in touch with you within three business days.

Once we have received your item, we will put it through quality inspections and checks. If the returned piece satisfies all applicable rules, we will then exchange the item or refund the full price to you via your original payment method. Please ensure you have all necessary receipts, certification and original packaging before contacting us for an exchange or refund.

When returning a purchase to RozArt ®, you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. The same 14 day period applies for refund or exchange, so please have the return package postmarked within the period based on the date of original receipt of purchase.

We suggest that you ship your order via Courier or Express Post to make tracking your return possible. Rozart ® will take no responsibility for goods lost in the post.

How to return a purchase via shipment:

  1. Contact RozArt ® for verification.
  2. Circle the items on your receipt/packing slip that you are returning.
  3. Indicate whether it is an exchange or refund.
  4. Completely fill out the shipping label.
  5. Ship your merchandise via Registered, Express post or Courier to:
